To export more, we need to invent more. The Founders knew it. That’s why they created the Patent Office and put that in the US Constitution.

They recognized that ingenuity runs strong in pioneers. The ability to find a new way to get to a new destination.

I invent things like Paper Bullion Bank Bill, and a new form of ID card, and a way to tag DNA samples, and an authentication method for packages.

Most of my inventions fall in the category of Photon-DSP, which is a combination of phosphors and digital signal processing. My patent US 10,176,661 B2 is the bedrock patent in that field. I could not afford to file it in many nations, but other people have filed very similar patents after mine, and their countries will export goods based on those foreign patents, that arose after mine was published in USA.

So far the total backing I have gotten from investors, venture capital people, investment banks, and patent brokers is $0.00, which is a very low amount. My balance sheet is clean, I am solvent, in spite of no support. I need a few pieces of equipment including an optical digital spectrum analyzer, and a mixer emplace metal particles in a plastic substrate.

The Patent Office owes me three more inventions at the micro-entity level, as a sole proprietor, DBA company, with no backing or investors. This means my filing fees are very low. In the past I have filed about 15 Provisional Patent Applications, and most were published verbatim by Amazon.com and are on my bookshelf Robert Fenton Gary.

I’ve been inventing since 2015. My patent was granted on 8 January 2019, which means it will expire in 2038, after 20 years, if I pay the maintain fees.

A major global bank with a multinational footprint will make at least $20 Billion on my Bank Bills, if they buy my patent, and issue them. The price is $2 million for the patent in fee simple absolute (you get all rights). Beyond that, I will throw myself into the bargain for two years, you get my advice on how to make the most from Photon-DSP technology.
